What is the return/exchange policy?

  • Refunds/Exchanges accepted if return/exchange has been requested within the first 7 days of receipt of order. Item must be unworn and returned with 14 days of request

What are the shipping options?

  • Overnight Delivery - (1-2 days) Prices may vary
  • Express Shipping (3-5 days) - Prices may vary
  • Standard Shipping = 15-25 days (Free)

What would I do if I never received my order? 

  • Contact info@shopmyreflection.com using your order# in the subject line. Please provide details of item/s NOT received and we’ll get back to you within 48 business hours. Mon-Fri 

How do I get a new password?

  • Go into your “User profile” in the top right corner of the homepage, select  “Account” then click on “Settings” once in Settings select “Accessibility” then click on “Password”, select “change password” then follow password change prompts from there

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

  • Yes. Changes can be made to an order. Please contact info@shopmyreflection.com to make changes. 
  • Please be advised: If you’ve received a confirmation with a tracking number via email, your order has been processed and changes can not be made. (See “Returns and Exchanges” for more details)

How do I make sure I order the right size?

When will I receive my order?

  • Orders take an average of 8-12 to deliver. However, orders can take up to 25-30 days to arrive.Â
